Hi, I’m Jenia.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Washington. With years of experience as a nurse supporting individuals through mental health challenges, childbirth, and ketamine-assisted therapy, I understand the profound impact that compassionate, well-informed care can have.

In the midst of an escalating mental health crisis, finding a competent and well-trained provider is essential. You deserve care from someone who not only understands the complexities of psychiatric treatment but will also advocate for your best interests and work alongside you in navigating the system.

As a Third Culture Kid, I recognize the challenges of identity, belonging, and cultural transitions. My background in Neonatal Intensive Care has shaped my approach to supporting bereaved parents, guardians, and individuals experiencing acute trauma. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and rooted in a culture of consent, weight neutrality, feminism, sex positivity, and radical self-acceptance.

Whether you're seeking support for depression, anxiety, PTSD, cPTSD, grief, attachment wounds, or psychedelic integration, I provide a safe, collaborative space for healing. Together, we will build a treatment path that is not only effective but deeply aligned with your needs, values, and long-term well-being.

I’m trained in Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for adults and those with trauma. I'm currently in the process of attaining Level 1 training in the Hakomi Method (mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy).

I prefer to view humans through a human lens rather than through a diagnostic manual. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d love to speak with you and find out more about your mental health goals.
