Hi, I’m Jenia.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Washington.

From personal experience, I know how difficult it can be to begin the search for a mental health care provider. Thank you for being here.
As a “Third Culture Kid'', I understand the difficulty of finding belonging in an ever-changing world and cultural landscape. My experience as a Neonatal Intensive Care nurse informs my approach in empowering bereaved parents and guardians, as well as humans undergoing acute traumatic experiences. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and is founded on a culture of consent, weight neutrality, feminism, sex positivity, and radical self-acceptance.

Do you need help managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, or cPTSD? Are you looking for support with healing trauma, bereavement and grief, forming secure attachments to yourself and others, or psychedelic integration? If so, you might vibe with my welcoming and supportive approach.

Together, we will co-author a healing pathway held within a safe container that will empower you to move through traumatic experiences and support your growth toward your mental health goals.

I’m trained in Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for adults and those with trauma. I'm currently in the process of attaining Level 1 training in the Hakomi Method (mindfulness-centered somatic psychotherapy).

I prefer to view humans through a human lens rather than through a diagnostic manual. If you think we might be a good fit, I’d love to speak with you and find out more about your mental health goals.
